Hypertherm Powermax85 SYNC

The top of the lineup, built for heavy plate and full production. This system (Hypertherm part #087192) pairs the Powermax85 SYNC power supply, fully equipped for automation with a CPC port, voltage divider and serial port, and a 25 ft 180° SmartSYNC machine torch. Like every plasma cutter from CNC X WRIGHT, it comes with our CNC X WRIGHT Custom CNC Communication Cable, so you can connect it to your table controller right away.

The Powermax85 SYNC cuts 1" plate at production speed and handles 1-1/4" at 10 inches per minute. Its RFID SmartSYNC torch reads each single-piece cartridge and sets the amperage and mode automatically, so setup errors go away and cartridge changes take seconds. The system tells you when a cartridge is worn out. It also runs on almost any shop power, from 200V to 480V single-phase or 200V to 600V three-phase.
