CNC X Wright offers paid tech support and training for CNC plasma tables. You can purchase support on its own or add it to any table, kit, or retrofit purchase to get help with setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.


What We Can Help With

-Initial setup and configuration of your CNC plasma table.

-Software basics: loading files, setting up tool paths, and running first cuts.

-Troubleshooting common cut issues like cut height, arc starting, and cut quality.

-Guidance on air, grounding, and torch consumables.

-General questions about upgrades, retrofit parts, and future plans.


Tech Support Rates & Hours

-Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

    Rate: 120 USD per hour

-After hours: Evenings, weekends, and holidays when available

    Rate: 200 USD per hour

-Billing is based on time used, with a one‑hour minimum per scheduled session.


Remote Tech Support – How It Works

-Support and training sessions are provided by phone or video call.

-You can purchase support time on its own or with any CNC X Wright product.

-After you request support, we confirm your details and schedule a time slot during our available hours.

-During the session, we focus on your specific machine, setup, and questions so you get practical, step‑by‑step help.


Mail‑In Troubleshooting & Repair Service

For some problems, it can be faster and more reliable to send in your physical components for direct inspection and repair.

What you can send in

-Control boxes and electronics.

-Wiring harnesses and control panels.

-Other CNC plasma system components that can be shipped safely.

How mail‑in service works

-Request a mail‑in RMA: Contact us first with details about your system and symptoms so we can confirm that mail‑in service is appropriate.

-Ship your components: After we provide instructions and an RMA reference, you ship the components to us, packed securely.

-Diagnosis and repair: We perform diagnostic testing and repair at 120 USD per hour, plus the cost of any required parts.

-Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs; we ship the repaired components back to you once work is completed and approved.

-Labor: 120 USD per hour

-Parts: Billed as needed, with approval before major parts are replaced

-Return shipping: Billed at cost, based on your chosen shipping method
