Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or availability errors and will contact you before shipping if an order is affected. Custom, build-to-order and special-order items are final sale, and special-order deposits are non-refundable. See our Refund policy.
Safety and installation
CNC plasma tables, control boxes and plasma cutters involve high voltage, high current, hot metal and moving machinery. You are responsible for installing and using what you buy safely, following the instructions that come with it, and following local electrical codes. If you are not qualified to do the wiring, hire someone who is.
Tech support and consulting
Support and consulting are advice based on what you tell us and show us. We cannot see your machine in person, so results depend on your table, your installation and your setup. Support hours are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from purchase.
Software and third-party products
Mach3, SheetCAM, MyPlasm, QCAD, Inkscape and plasma cutters belong to their makers and are covered by their own licenses and terms. Product names are used to describe compatibility only.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, CNC X Wright is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost cutting time, material or income, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on the date of your order applies to that order.
