Where we ship from

Orders ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long it takes

• In-stock items ship within a few business days.
• Build-to-order kits typically ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Each control box is wired, configured and bench-tested before it ships. You will get your estimated ship date by email.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you tracking information.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email info@cncxwright.com with your order number and photos as soon as you can, ideally within 5 business days.
