    Your control system is wired, configured and bench-tested. Build-to-order kits typically ship in 2 to 3 weeks.

  • 03 · Plug in and cut

    Install with the included wiring diagram, and book tech support if you want help tuning your first cuts.

Questions, answered

Will a kit work with my table?

Most kits retrofit common entry to mid-range CNC plasma table frames. Motor shaft size, mounting and wiring vary, so if you're unsure, contact us or book a diagnostic session before ordering.

Mach3 or MyPlasm: which should I choose?

Mach3 kits use USB motion control with a standard G-code workflow. MyPlasm (Proma Elektronika) kits include built-in torch height control and ohmic touch sensing with a simpler interface, a good fit if you'd rather not learn G-code.

Do kits include the plasma cutter?

No. Kits include the control system and motion components. Communication cables for Hypertherm, Everlast and PrimeWeld cutters are available as options. Or buy a cutter from us and the cable comes with it. See plasma cutters.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items ship within a few business days. Build-to-order kits typically ship in 2 to 3 weeks, and you'll get your estimated ship date by email.

How do special orders work?

Custom builds start with a $250 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due when your order is ready to ship.

What warranty do you offer?

CNC X Wright control boxes, drive kits and parts carry a 1-year warranty, extendable to 2 years. It covers part failures, not user error or events like power surges. Read the warranty.

How does paid tech support work?

$120/hr Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific, or $180/hr after hours. Save $5/hr for each hour you add, down to $100/hr. Hours are tracked as used and valid for 6 months. See the full FAQ.
