1-year warranty
Every CNC X Wright control box, drive kit and part we build or sell carries a 1-year warranty against part failure, starting the day your order is delivered. If a covered part fails, we repair or replace it.
Extended to 2 years for $299.99
You can extend the warranty to 2 years for $299.99. Email sales@cncxwright.com with your order number to add it.
What is covered
- Part failures that are not caused by the user or by outside events.
What is not covered
- User error, including wrong wiring, wrong settings and modifications.
- Acts of God and outside events, such as power surges, lightning, flooding and fire.
- Damage in shipping you send back to us, or from misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Plasma cutters and other equipment made by other companies. Those carry the maker's own warranty.
- Tech support and consulting time.
How to make a claim
- Email tech@cncxwright.com with your order number, what the part is doing and photos or video of the problem.
- We look at it with you and confirm if it is covered.
- If it is covered, we give you instructions and an RMA reference. Please do not ship anything back without one.
- We repair or replace the part.
Shipping to us is paid by you. We pay return shipping on covered repairs. If it turns out not to be covered, we can quote the repair at our standard rate and you decide whether to go ahead.
