Shipping & Delivery Options

Because CNC plasma tables and larger kits ship by freight, we work with you to choose the best option for your location and shop.

-Freight shipping to commercial and residential addresses where accessible.

-Options for liftgate service and curbside delivery where available.

-Coordination for deliveries that require scheduling or special instructions.

Installation & Setup Support

If you need more than delivery, we can help arrange:

-On‑site or local partner installation for CNC plasma tables where available.

-Assistance with assembly, leveling, and basic machine setup.

-Guidance on wiring, grounding, air, and other key requirements.

**Availability depends on your location and the type of system. In many cases, installation is combined with a training session so you leave with a working setup and a clear checklist.

 

Training Options

Training can be combined with installation or scheduled separately. Training topics can include:

-Machine startup and shutdown procedures.

-Loading files and running first cuts.

-Basic software workflow and tool path setup.

-Safety, maintenance, and best practices.

**Training time is billed hourly, similar to our Tech Support service, and can be done on‑site where available or remotely by video.
