Can I call you?
We're a small team, so we don't have a public phone line. Email lets us give every customer a thoughtful answer while we keep the shop running, and you'll have everything in writing to look back on. If you'd rather talk live, you're welcome to book a phone or video session anytime.
Will you answer tech questions by email?
Yes, we're glad to help with questions about your order or a kit you got from us, and if a quick question can be answered in a reply, we will. When something needs real hands-on troubleshooting, we'll let you know and suggest a support session so you get our full attention.
How fast will you respond?
We read every email and usually reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Including your table, controller and plasma cutter details helps us get you a complete answer faster.
Do I have to use my block hours all at once?
No. Your time is tracked as you use it. Hours are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
How do special orders work?
Custom builds start with a $250 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due when your order is ready to ship.
Buy more, pay less per hour
Save $5/hr for every hour you add, down to $100/hr. You don't have to use a block all at once; your time is tracked as you use it.

Phone and video sessions are scheduled once your hours are booked. Block hours cover standard support, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific, including setup, tuning, consulting and used-machine appraisals.
